Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is from a multi-cultural household. She was born in South London. Madekwe is English but her father is Nigerian. She grew up in the south of a London council estate and attended The Brit School at age fourteen. In London she attended The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where her acting degree was earned. She performed in various performances on stage during her school days, including the King Henry V and Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe's acting career began in the series Storm Damage. She has since made appearances in Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's first film appearance was Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), opposite Colin Farrell. Her popularity has led her to be cast in Elisha in a single-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot. She then appeared in six episodes Trexx and Flipside in the role of Ollie. In 2008, she was offered the Bambi part on the ITV2 Drama The Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Secret Diary of a Call Girl. The actress was on both series 2 and 3. Madekwe appeared in the comedic How to Lose Friends and alienate others (2008). Her theatre credits include Little Sweet Thing by Roy Williams and Flight Path by David Watson.
Madekwe's US debut was in 2009 with The dramatic The Beautiful Life. The series aired only two episodes prior to being removed from The CW. Ashley Davenport, a character from ABC's Revenge drama, was chosen to play Ashley Davenport. Madekwe was a regular on the drama series on ABC Revenge for two seasons. The show was announced in May 2013 that she would leave the series after making one guest appearance on the first series of the 3rd. The actress played Tituba on the television program Salem in 2014 until. Madekwe, her long-time companion, Iddo, married Madekwe in June of 2012. They have worked together in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl in the past, and Goldberg was also on the show with Madekwe on the show Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario with a huge family. Her family included both parents Roy and Patty together with four brothers who were older than them: Brett, Todd and Bram twins, Rob, and Brett. Ashley's brothers, who are all sportsmen, played baseball during the summer and played hockey during winter. Ashley could not walk but was able to dance. This led to the fact that as she grew older, she discovered Baby Ballet. This was the beginning of Ashley's interest in dance. Ashley competed in top-level divisions in jazz, tap hip hop, ballet the lyrical musical theatre, acrobatics and pointe, until she finished from high school. In addition, she won top soloists awards in all major dance contests, including International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, among others.
