Shannon Spake

Shannon Spake, born July 23rd, 1976 is an NASCAR reporter, as well as college football and basketball reporter at Fox Sports. She was previously employed by ESPN and was a SportsCenter contributor who provided pre- and post-game updates. Also, she worked as an on-field reporter for ESPN's SEC in ESPN basketball games and college football games. Spake was also a reporter for SEC Network (owned by ESPN). Spake was employed previously by Speed Channel. She hosted NASCAR Nation's 2nd edition (June-November 2005) She also was a reporter on its first version (February until June 2005). Back Seat Drivers was also hosted by Spake and Marty Smith. Prior jobs on the air include WCCB (Charlotte, North Carolina) as well as Carolina Sports and Entertainment Television.
