Simpson made her movie debut in The Dukes of Hazzard (2006) as Daisy Duke after the release of ReJoyce: The Christmas Album (2004). As the soundtrack for the film, she also sang a cover version of "These boots are made to Walk" The year 2006 saw the release of her fifth studio album A Public Affair. She was also in the romantic comedy film The Employee of the Month. Simpson was a convert to country music after the release her sixth album Do You Know (2008). Simpson also introduced The Jessica Simpson Collection, a fashion-focused line that offers 34 categories of merchandise. The company is the most profitable known celebrity licensing company, with over $1 billion in profits to this point. Simpson also appeared on The Price of Beauty, the reality TV show that aired in the year 2010. She also supervised the fashion designs for Fashion Star 2 and 3. Simpson is married to Eric Johnson, with whom she has three children.
