CharliTito Ortiz was born in Huntington Beach, California on 23 January 1975. Jacob Christopher Ortiz was his birth name. Ortiz was born in Huntington Beach and moved to Santa Ana, California. Ortiz is half-Mexican on his paternal lineage. His father was Sam Ortiz, who gave him the nickname Tito. Both of his parents were heroin addicts that made it difficult for him to become a teenager. He was a member of groups. He also took drugs such as cocaine. As a youngster the teen was taken to the juvenile halls. When he reached the age of thirteen, his parents divorced. He was a student at Huntington Beach High School where the school's wrestling team was a success. He was 18 when his mother kicked him out. Paul Herrera encouraged Ortiz to pursue his passion for wrestling and eventually attend college. He then got married for five years to Kristin who was his first wife. After that, he got into a relationship Jenna Jameson. The couple had twins. The couple has since split. Amber Nichole Miller is Tito Ortiz's current girlfriend.
